The services included detailed Design, Tender administration and Supervision of construction of the Permanent Works of the following roads; Kijani Infrastructure – 7.0 Km, TC01 & TC02 – 3.8 Km and TC101 – 2.33 Km. A description of the main tasks during the consultancy period was:-
- Stage 1: Detailed Engineering Design (including preparation of tender documents). (Completed August 2016)
- Stage 2: Tender Administration in coordination with the TCL project Management (Completed August 2016)
- Stage 3: Construction (Ongoing)

Construction of Kijani Infrastructure
- The road works comprised the construction of approximately 7Km of single carriageway 0m wide 1.37m footpath and 2km cycle track, two–lane concrete pavement standard road within Kijani Ridge, in Tatu City;
- The sewer works comprised the construction of approximately 2Km of DN255 sewer line and 0Km of DN150 sewer line, manholes and related fittings;
- The water works comprised the construction of approximately 7Km of DN75 pipes, 2Km of DN50 pipes and 2Km of DN25 pipes and related
Construction of Trunk Roads TC01 and TC02
The road works comprised the construction of approximately 3.8Km of single carriageway 7.0m with 1.5m shoulders, two-lane, bitumen standard
road within Tatu City. (Completed June 2019)
Construction of Trunk Roads TC101 and TC02
The road works comprised the construction of approximately 1.738Km of single carriageway and 600m dual carriageway each with 7.0m wide with
1.25 -1.5m shoulders, two-lane, bitumen standard within Tatu City.
