Programme for Acceleration of Water Supply and Sanitation towards Reaching the Millennium Development Goals, through the GoK/UNICEF Programme of Cooperation 2004 – 2008 – Development of Project Implementation Manual (PIM).
The objective of this assignment was to define the roles and responsibilities of each participating/implementing agencies and their interrelationships including management, implementation, financial, contribution, reporting and monitoring responsibilities, define the proposed project management structure and develop day to day project management responsibilities, oversight responsibilities, coordination, monitoring and reporting systems and channels including development of a Memorandum of Understanding to be entered into, between participating agencies that will facilitate the smooth implementation of the programme.
