FRAME Consultants Ltd was established in 1994 as a Kenyan-owned consulting engineering firm specializing in civil, structural, water and sanitation engineering. Over the past three decades, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering technically sound, practical and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Our work spans the full project lifecycle — from feasibility studies and detailed design to construction supervision and technical advisory services. We have extensive experience supporting national and county governments, water sector institutions and development partners on complex, high-value assignments.
