Consultancy Services for Audit on the Impact of Extraordinary Tariff Adjustment and Prioritization of Regular Tariff Review Applications
The objective of the assignment was to monitor progress and immediate impact of the Extra-ordinary tariff adjustment in the operations and financial status of the WSPs and WSBs, prioritize the Regular Tariff Adjustment applications of WSPs so that the consultant assists in the preparation of the application, monitor plans and progress for achievement of performance indicators targets attached to ETA and to connect to the above assessment, WSBs Investment Plans (IPs) to be aligned to meet the MDGs and targeted levels of coverage in the National Water Services Strategy.
