Consultancy Services for WSUP Water Supply And Sanitation Planning for Kibera Informal Settlement Area, Nairobi
The overall objective of this assignment was to prepare an integrated, practical plan to increase water and sanitation service delivery in the designated project service area using currently practiced management solutions such as alternative service providers, CBO’s, water vendors among others as well as innovative alternative approaches to achieve improved service delivery at scale. This informed and facilitated Nairobi’s service authorities to develop and implement their wider city service improvement plans. It also ensured WSUP’s own work is consistent with a scalable service improvement strategy.
