Improvement on Performance Benchmarking Toolkit for Water Services Regulatory Board.
The objective of the assignment was to review the existing performance assessment tools, identify the ones that need improvements and make proposals on improvements; and to develop benchmarks of performance indicators for which the benchmarks had not been defined, for effective Monitoring and evaluation of Water Service Boards and their providers so as to improve service delivery.
